Experienced in DoD Acquisition process (DoD 5000 series), the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and Force Structure analysis. This assessment helped to establish the critical relationship between the Marine Corp’s Total Obligation Authority and force structure requirements during a period of fiscal uncertainty. •Project Lead for Littoral Maneuver Wargame in support of the Marine Corp’s Amphibious Capabilities Working Group. Directly responsible for development, execution and post-game assessment of the of this four day, “classified” wargame that included approximately 70 participants from Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and various government laboratories and analysis organizations. •Assisted in the planning, development and facilitation of several JSF Sustainment wargames and workshops in support of the JSF Joint Program Office. •Project lead for several efforts in support of the Marine Corp’s QDR Integration Group including the development of a Distributed STOVL Operations CONOPS for the F-35B, and a Force Structure Risk Assessment that examined the capabilities and risks associated with several different force levels.
