Responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of the Nuclear Projects Department Integrated Schedule for the SK-305 Security/Fire Protection Upgrade Project. The Schedule was developed using Primavera’s SureTrak CPM Scheduling Program and eventual transfer of data from SureTrak to Primavera’s P6 Schedule Software. The Integrated Project Schedule was developed by me with input from all project stakeholders representing the customer, engineers, planners, field engineer’s, craft and Project Management. As part of the update process, I assisted the Project Manager with conducting the project weekly status review meeting.

Developed, implemented and maintained an Integrated Project schedule for the Dry Cask Storage Project at Palo Verde. Also responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of an Integrated Schedule Program for the Nuclear Fuel Management Department, which included development of a Work Breakdown Structure with manpower leveling of Fuel Management’s work load to support Palo Verde’s Refueling Process. The Nuclear Fuel Management Department’s Integrated Schedule was statused and updated on a weekly basis

Helped to develop and manage Refueling and Forced Outage schedules utilizing Critical Path Method scheduling software and reports.
