I have had the opportunity to represent clients in many kinds of major litigation over the last 35 plus years including building construction and related product liability, non-compete agreements, trade secret litigation, real estate disputes of many kinds, personal injury litigation (both plaintiff and defense). Unlike many "litigators," I have had the opportunity to try many cases to a jury throughout Michigan and in venues outside of Michigan. I have worked with several jury consultants throughout the country. My goals include delivering value for the dollar, i.e. maximizing value for the resources available, and in working closely with my clients throughout the process. My clients do not complain about not being able to reach me--because I am nearly always available. My successes include helping a client to collect over $35 million in damages for building construction defects, and in successfully defending lawsuits for millions of dollars of claimed damages.
