I did IT support for 4 locations. I did onsite and remote IT support for 4 office locations throughout Palm Beach County. Responsibilities included setup of PCs and peripherals as well as maintenance and repair for PC equipment. Phone and remote login support. I researched hardware and software solutions then ordered and implemented them. Setup and supervised onsite repairs from service companies such as Comcast for business accounts. Also, I generated service tickets and documented all services rendered, changes made and suggestions for pending issues in service desk and project management software.

I handled customer intake & outtake for repair as well as consulting with clients providing professional advice. I troubleshooted, diagnosed and came up with a plan of action to repair the issue at hand as well as assist the other technicians. I train employees, assign tasks and communicate policies and goals to get the most out of my team. I also open the shop, count the register and make sure the store is secure at the end of the work day. I was promoted to lead tech and store manager.
