- Lead a multidisciplinary integrated program team for the development, design, fabrication, and testing of a custom system used to perform high tension testing on specialized subsea hardware. Produce cost estimates and schedules and track team performance to ensure schedule compliance. - Develop test plans, lead testing efforts, and document results in test reports and presentations for hardware mechanical testing.- Provide expertise in a variety of fields ranging from hydraulic control system software and hardware design, computer based mechanical design, and large scale data analysis.- Design specialized hardware mechanical hardware for usage across programs, including design in SolidWorks, drawing creation, and structure analysis. - Work as part of proposal teams to develop technical and cost proposals to secure future contracts.

• Detailed technical knowledge of the S9G reactor plant verified by successfully passing a comprehensive written qualification exam administered by US Naval Reactors.• Conduct nuclear maintenance and repair operations, qualification testing of nuclear systems, and initial physics testing and subsequent critical operations of reactors for US NAVY VIRGINIA Class submarines.• Responsible for the safety of US NAVY reactors while in the shipyard during shutdown and critical operations. • Communicate and coordinate with NAVY ships force, customers at US Naval Reactors, outside contractors from the Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory, and various internal engineering departments in order to accomplish daily work objectives.
