To All My Friends And Family Members I am laid up for awhile no lifting other than a spoon or a pencil, I had surgery on my right shoulder reconstructive surgery they had to fix the torn roter cuff plus my ball joint plus they used a nerve blocker so I couldn't talk or eat even though we don't have much but bread water and peppers is all the food bank gave us and we got denied food stamps again we are waiting on a document to try to get someone to help us get food stamps again we need help I just got out of surgery
