Managing 29 Subaru Retailer Accounts including Service, Sales and Marketing:Service Departments - Manage and support the internal and online scheduling tool, including shop capacities, shop loading, Op Codes and user management. Manage the coupon library for return reminders and other automated marketing. Manage declined repairs, email collection rates, first maintenance complete and ongoing service retention metrics. Sales Departments - Train the sales departments and manage Subaru Trade Up Advantage (Equity Mining Tool). This includes basic sales training, software training and providing processes, templates and scripts to the Sales Team. Work closely with District Sales Managers and entire San Francisco Zone Team to improve close rates. Marketing - I managed the digital marketing between Subaru of America and the retailers in my zone. This includes mass email and mail campaigns to targeted audiences for sales and service. I work with Dealer Principals, GM’s, Service and Sales Managers to create specific marketing plans for each retailer in sales and service.The Entire San Francisco Zone closing ratio improved from 6% to a high of 18% on Subaru Trade Up Advantage during those 3 years.

Managed finance staff, established and maintained very strong relationships with local banks and credit unions. Controlled and managed multi-million dollar cash flow. Finance Department profits increased 100% from 2012 to 2017 almost $700 per deal, including fleet deals. Managed search engine optimization and search engine marketing, digital, mail, radio and television ads for two dealerships. Trained by Shift-Digital in all internet operations. Managed internet staff and CRM tool, cut response time by 2 hours and improved close rates. Managed entire Subaru dealership. Oversaw record breaking month in units and gross profit while mainting top customer satisfaction levels in December 2016, at the same time managing all (CIT) Contracts In Transit and cash flow of the entire group.

Maintained 50% warranty penetration with excellent customer satisfaction. Consistently number one in profit margin. Very rarely had a deal that was over two weeks old without being funded. Established and maintained relationships with local banks and credit unions.
