Supported curriculum development for children’s ministry by helping lead through multiple creative projects with overlapping timelines. The media content created was open sourced and has been used by churches in over 100 countries and has over 5 million views on YouTube with only a $15,000 budget for video shoot related expenses. These expense included costuming, props, location rentals, kraft food services and paid talent. While on set I developed, influenced, and led individuals to serve in both cast and crew roles in both volunteer and paid capacities. Leading up to video shoots I recruited and directed talent, managed schedule, and coordinated all logistical needs for video shoots.

Planned monthly meetings to coordinate drill weekend training plan and was liaison between part-time soldiers and administration, operations, logistics, and communication departments. Communicated additional training requirements to section members to include officers and general staff. Oversaw security clearance of the entire command (700 individuals) while leading 12 junior enlisted personnel as direct reports and being responsible for integrating new junior officers into the security programs prior to the officer training program. During this time I also assisted the facility manager in organizing large-scale renovation projects at the armory. This included selling and influencing major security projects from concept to execution in order to increase the unit's Information Security. This position also allowed me to work closely with the communications section in an IT Administrator role, or an Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO).
