Managing Director, my journey began after transitioning from a full time role in the British Army serving as a Royal Military Police Sergeant working within the UK and for international operations. My role developed over the years from criminal investigations to a training focused role for new recruits as well as general training management for my peers and reportees. My work now involves comprehensive EPC assessments, party wall surveys and property renovations whilst continuing my military service part time in the Army Reserves. Concurrently, as a Residential Surveyor with SAVA, I am undertaking in a two-year course aimed at achieving RICS chartered status. The transition from the British Army to the surveying industry underscores my ability to adapt and apply disciplined project management and mentoring skills within a civilian context. I am looking to make connections and open to offers in the wider industry where my skills may be utilised and transferable.
