This is ultimately delivered through a combination of mentoring, coaching, recruiting and retaining high caliber teams.Robert worked in the IT industry for 20 years, across a range of roles covering Sales and Marketing, Business Development, Senior Management, International Management, Leadership, Turnaround of Businesses and M&A activity. Robert was responsible for taking 1st Touch through a management buyout to become the market leading mobile solution in the Social Housing market. Before this Robert led a small compliance software company to become the leading European vendor identified by Gartner and Forrester. Robert has invested in a number of software companies with successful exits.
