With this additional tittle I, along with my staff, create reports as we study the way our department educates students through managing forums, taking surveys, monitoring student success rates, etcetera, and discuss ways to make our department more efficient. With these reports we then make recommendations to the Resident Dean and the School Cabinet based on our findings. As a Program Coordinator I organize specific events and trips for Keio Academy, while working with various travel agents, vendors, etc. and oversee the general operations/set-up of numerous events.
