As Technical Director, I direct and coordinate activities in supporting computer operations. In this role l support the CIO by directly managing internal and/or client employees at the client location to appropriately set expectations and meet deliverable. I am responsible for supervising the client’s IT departmental budgets and the overall operations of these areas.

As Director of Information Technology reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, it is my function to manage a team of clinical IS staff. I plans and directs all aspects of design, implementation and maintenance of clinical information systems to effectively apply technology solutions to improve clinical operations. Performs administrative and management functions for the health system’s clinical IS area. Responsible for translating the mission, strategic goals and program priorities of the organization into department operations. I am responsible for providing leadership, direction and management of information systems that directly support clinical information system solutions. Plans, prioritizes, summarizes, directs and supervises staff, users and vendors in clinical systems development and support functions with an emphasis on complete, accurate and secure systems. Plans and directs all aspects of design, implementation and maintenance of the information systems to effectively apply technology solutions to improve clinical operations.

Directly responsible for all aspects of technology infrastructure and information security administration at Triad Healthcare. Provide direct hands-on support of all networks, servers, mass storage, desktops, peripherals and telecommunications services. Works independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest possible degree of systems availability and data security, at all times. To provide high quality technology infrastructure solutions to support Triad’s business operations.
