Coordinated and maintained 7 Sqn Engineering Authorisations, Continuation Training Package, and Acting Higher Rank training to meet requirements. I oversaw the Training Cell programs, ensuring instructors met their lesson targets and liaised with FS Support to fulfill requirements. Additionally, I monitored all instructors to ensure annual assessments of teaching standards were conducted. I closely liaised with the Chinook Force Training Cell and Chinook Maintenance School on training updates and modifications. I developed, monitored, and reviewed all trade-related lesson content, ensuring the validity of syllabi, orders, instructions, and authorisations. Lastly, I ensured that all new arrivals completed at least the minimum authorisation package before joining their respective work areas.

Avionics Trade Desk SNCO. Managing the progression of Avionics Tasks by exercising command, discipline, management and leadership over subordinates, ensuring they are informed of all issues that necessitate dissemination.

3(F) Sqn. Raf Coningsby.

Responsible for the overall control of all squadron deployments and recoveries. I acted as the mobility adviser during the planning phase of all deployments, liaising with Air Command and Station Agencies to ensure all equipment needs were met. I coordinated with the Host Nation to fulfill all requirements and managed the needs of squadron operations, engineering, and support personnel. Additionally, I controlled and maintained the Squadron Deployment Inventory.

Responsible for works Services. Reporting and Progression across a HAS site. Ensuring all Fire Safety Action Plans and Explosive License Regulations were adhered to.
