OEM to provide cost effective solutions. Used SAP and other various software systems for payroll, work schedules,cost accounting , inventory control. Managed Fire protection and site security, Ran weekly, monthly, quarterly fire test per NFPA25 , Interacted with agency and insurance audits. , I had interaction and influence or managed with almost every aspect of a 250,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility . But not limited to those. My personal responsibility was to have a well engaged team, well balanced work/life schedule for my teams which was difficult in an industry that regularly works 10 hours a day 6 days a week or more.
