This position has taught me repsonsibility, how leadership styles affect people individually, the importance of customer relations, and effective communication…and that you should ALWAYS use sunscreen.

Alongside a team of carpenters, I am responsible for developing, testing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining new and existing scenes for seasonal productions at Radio City Music Hall. I am learning that time is very valuable, clear goals must be communicated in resonance with the team, and many older design solutions have room for improvement, but that, simultaneously, simple designs have value.
