CurrentAs a Client Technology Advisor at XPERTECHS, my role is all about aligning and optimizing client technology to deliver the best service, support, and experience possible. Working closely with Client Success Managers and the Client Strategy team, I document and assess client technology to ensure alignment with XPERTECHS standards and lifecycle management practices.Key Responsibilities:Client Technology Documentation & Alignment: Create and maintain comprehensive technology documentation during onboarding, project execution, and routine assessments.Standards Implementation: Configure and align client technology to XPERTECHS standards, collaborating with skilled resources and participating in the Standards Committee.Strategic Client Support: Act as a technical resource for the Client Success and Services teams, advising on technology business reviews, and providing insights to the virtual CIO (vCIO).Proactive Improvement: Regularly identify opportunities to enhance standards and recognize patterns that drive technology improvements across the client base.Skills & Expertise:My experience spans network and systems administration, technology consulting for SMBs, and strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure, identity/access management, and security frameworks (ITSM, ITIL, CIS, NIST). I bring a client-focused approach to technical support, maintaining a high standard of communication and professionalism.I'm excited to bring value-added service and strategic insights to each client, helping them leverage technology for business success.
