I have just completed my SIA Level 2 Door Supervisor qualification and have the energy and determination to achieve in all areas of this potentially new role. This has been a self-funded qualification and I will be self-funding further educational results to achieve suitable roles. I am highly motivated and can be relied upon to complete all given tasks either in a group setting or work autonomously. I have an extensive customer service history, and this makes me an ideal candidate for any customer interfacing role. I enjoy working in a fast paced environment and I am a very quick learner, and can adapt to any tasks quickly and with total professionalism. I am proficient in data entry, dealing with queries and complaints over the telephone and I take ownership of all issues ensuring a satisfactory outcome for both the company and the customer.
