Primary logistics advisor to the Commanding General, 7th Signal Command, Network Enterprise Technology Command. Assist in establishment of policies and provide guidance for integrated logistics support that includes supply, maintenance, transportation, contract administration and management, facility management and engineering operations. Develop logistics programs and provide budgetary input. Provide policy and guidance to four subordinate Brigades and one Regional Cyber Center (2RCC), over 77 Network Enterprise Centers (NEC) and a Headquarters company, throughout the Continental United States. Manage day to day operations of the Logistics section and supervise 12 civilians ranging from GS-9 to GS-14 and four Military personnel. Also actively participate in selection boards for new hires.

Had overall responsibility for training, equipping, and leader development efforts in support of the Iraqi Army's Chemical, Communications, Engineering and select Ministry of Defense (MoD)-level efforts. Responsible for developing procurement documents, submitting purchase requests to US Government contracting agencies and monitoring them through the approval process for the Government of Iraq. Conducted program management reviews with the Ministry of Defense and kept the Iraqi Government advised of delivery status of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requests, valued over $4 Billion dollars. Ensured all efforts were focused on achieving the US Embassy’s objectives.• Lead Officer for coordinating the commercial movement of over 600+ pieces of mobility and sustainment equipment to the Kurdistan Region Guard (KRG). • Lead Officer for equipping newly formed Iraqi Oil Pipeline Security Division: in total developed eight purchase requests that consisted of 160 armored HMMWVs with associated radios, 400 Chevy trucks, 10 Iraqi Light Armored Vehicles (ILAVs), 80 M2 .50cal machine guns, 14 30-ton International wreckers and 14 maintenance trucks.• Was the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the first ever Persistent-Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (P-ISR) training and delivery of the systems to the Iraqi Government; which had an estimated value of $35 million.

Senior Logistics Officer for the 3rd US Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard), a 1500+ personnel organization trained in combat operations. Responsible for missions including contingency support of the National Capital Region to official joint and Army ceremonies, memorial affairs and executive level special events. Provided planning and oversight of maintenance, dining facility, motor pool, and transportation support operations. Provided logistical support for over 7,000 national level ceremonies, annually, and ensured logistical readiness for contingency missions in cases of national emergencies. Coordinated and managed multiple major engineering, construction and facility projects on two military installations. • Planned and executed logistical support for the 2007 and 2008 National Veteran’s Day Observance Ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery.• Planned and executed logistical support for the 2007 and 2008 Army Ten Miler race in Washington D.C.• Planned and executed logistical support for the 2007, 2008, and 2009 National Easter Sunrise Service at Arlington National Cemetery.• Planned and executed the movement of 100+ personnel to the Joint Readiness Training Center and later to Iraq.
