Delivering Kofax Communication Server based interdisciplinary business communication solutions at finance, government, telecommunication, insurance and petrol companies. · Measuring customers needs, consultancy, plan and establish pilot systems, · Creating detailed technical descriptions, plans for implementations and maintainence for productive environments, keeping trainings for administrators, · Giving overall support (sales and technical) from installation to solving technical issues raising in productive system, delivering solution for different requests related to maintained environment (extension, migration, consolidation). Giving pre/after sales and technical support for Kofax software based capturing solutions, EMC Diskextender/QSTARHSM/Pegasus Investore and other archive systems, and also for ATEMPO Time Navigator backup implementations.
