CurrentI started with AdaptiveComms in 2007 firstly in a telesales position. Over time I have progressed through a number of responsibilities within our organisation including the implementation and initial management of wholesale lines and calls billing using the aBILLity billing system, then the project management of the installation of the IT and Telecommunications infrastructure in our new Southport offices in 2009. During the implementation of the new office PBX I learned how to install and programme the Toshiba CIX. From this point on AdaptiveComms began to supply and install Toshiba CIX Phone Systems and over time I have developed my skills through accreditations in all of Toshiba Unified Communications Solutions and also in NEC SV8100. Today AdaptiveComms is a Toshiba Gold Partner.I provide a range of services and engineering solutions revolving around different modes of Telecommunications. I have experience in planning, and delivering solutions of all different sizes, from sub 16 extension to multi-site 200+ extension systems and Multimedia Call Center solutions.I am able to implement and manage solutions that include SIP, Digital and Analogue endpoints, Call Recording, Reporting and database integration, and I have expertise in designing and delivering systems with business continuity at their core.Most of the work is carried out on a project basis with tight deadlines and well-defined milestones for the delivery of project objectives. I am involved across all aspects of service delivery, from carrying out feasibility exercises and determining connectivity to preparing detailed, technical and operational documentation.The technical aspect of the role includes using my specialist knowledge to design and deliver solutions, as well as providing technical guidance to others within my organisation. Managerial responsibilities involve planning and managing projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed standards of quality.
