I enrolled at Fanshawe College in the Business Fundamentals program to further my career and enter the field of Human Resources. My studies in the area of Marketing were so engaging that it led me to switch goals and enter the Marketing Management program. I am looking forward to finishing my studies and beginning my career as a marketing manager. I have years of experience with the training and development of new staff including taking lead roles in multiple store openings as well as becoming a Manager Trainer. I have an exemplary record with customer service and perform at a high level with independent and collaborative work. I’ve also been an entrepreneur responsible for all facets of a growing business.I have worked on many projects at Fanshawe with a high degree of success, including some collaborative work and live client projects. The varied offerings for Marketers at the college has given me a wide breadth of knowledge that will become the cornerstone of my career.My management experience has given me a large number of learned skills such as interpersonal skills, customer service and problem solving/ critical thinking. I have been part of store openings where I was responsible for plans and actions to start the business and develop systems to keep it running smoothly.
