Current• Capital project management and implementation• Assure compliance and safety of projects during design, construction, and commissioning• Project development from phase 1 thru 5 in a phase project process• Manages the development, evaluation, engineering, design, controls, procurement, and construction phases of project implementation in order to ensure project completion as efficiently and effectively as possible. • Interface with contractors to assure all objectives are met including compliance, quality, cost, and schedule. • Completed projects ranging from building a new blast resistant control room, DCS system upgrades, upgrading buildings to safe haven ratings etc...
