Directed all real estate procurement initiatives for a variety of office, data center, lab and special purpose real estate.Oversaw the selection of all real estate service providers including transaction professionals, project management, A/ E, office furniture and telecom/ IT.

Operational responsibility for the New England Region. Represented clients including EMC, Texas Instruments, Danaher , CVS, Lenox China, TJX, Gillette and others on acquisition / disposition assignments throughout the New England area and in Latin America.

Responsible for all real estate related activities in the Americas Region. Managed and directed all lease negotiations, oversaw all tenant fit up initiatives, furniture procurement and IT for the worlds largest staffing services firm.
