* Responsible for of all aspects of an expeditionary construction program consisting of 18 major projects with a budget of $125 million, employing 1,200 interpreters, skilled craftsmen and heavy equipment operators located throughout Afghanistan during combat operations.* Supervised a team of civil engineers, design technicians and administrative personnel from joint service military units and contractors during combat operations in Afghanistan.* Planned, executed and monitored a construction program budget of $125 million to ensure the security, operational and logistical priorities of the Engineer Task Force Commander were met.* Led a team of U.S. military officers and Afghan contractors in managing a construction skills training program for Afghan craftsmen and heavy equipment operators, thereby expanding the pool of skilled laborers available to U.S Forces in Afghanistan.* Completed 18 construction projects providing increased force protection, logistical capability and operational reach for United States and coalition military forces during combat operations in Eastern Afghanistan.
