As a Systems Administrator, I am responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's computer systems, ensuring their smooth operation. This involves tasks such as hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, as well as network management, user support, and data backup and recovery. I work closely with IT teams and end-users to optimize system functionality and security.In my role, I set up and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications, ranging from servers and workstations to network devices. I also manage the network infrastructure by configuring routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure efficient connectivity and safeguard against potential threats. User support is another crucial aspect of my responsibilities, where I promptly respond to inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide assistance in hardware, software, and network setup. Additionally, I implement security measures to protect systems, regularly monitor system logs, perform audits, and conduct backups to ensure data integrity and develop disaster recovery plans.

Manage a team of floor personnel, cash handling including daily deposits, scheduling, receiving weekly distribution deliveries and merchandising products, etc.

Assisted the manager in training employees, overseeing all employees, inventory, cash management, food prep, etc.

Managing the entire front end of the store along with 1 or 2 other people at a time, ensuring our cashiers, stockman, people greeters, and customer service members are doing their jobs, providing money to them from our cash drawer or from the cash office, auditing drawers cashiers have been on to ensure they aren't short, as well as planning for filling open shifts, running the customer service counter, coordinating lines, etc.
