· Administer and coordinate plant safety including, but not limited to, OSHA compliance, other regulatory compliance, safety audits and inspections, incident investigations, Worker’s Compensation, safety committee, safety teams, and trainings· Review, develop, implement, and evaluate effectiveness of plant safety practices, policies, procedures, and programs· Develop and implement a system to monitor, evaluate and revise safety programs to ensure compliance with state laws and regulations· Responsible for PPE assessments for all jobs and effective communication of PPE requirements· Oversee the Worker’s Compensation program including reporting, ongoing monitoring, restricted duty management and administer first aid as needed

• Develop, implement and conduct training in the following areas: Safety, Field Operations, and Quality Assurance, both e-learning and in-person • Implement new solutions and prevention steps for safety issues in order to improve safety compliance• Conduct incident/accident investigations and write related follow up reports for management and weekly safety meetings• Lead new hire orientation to insure new employees receive proper on the job training• Mentor field employees by conducting field visits and 1:1 check in with employees• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to execute company-wide goals• Accompany City Inspections on walk-through tours of site jobs
