As an Associate Director in the Agency team,I continue to provide advice to the occupiers and owners of property throughout the North West of England.This move follows the acquisition by LSH of ES Group, a market leader in providing valuation and corporate recovery advice to banks and accountancy firms, the provider of property advisory services to a wide range of occupiers and owners, and is also at the forefront of the fast-growing alternatives market, particularly in hotels, healthcare and education. From January 2008 I worked in the Agency and Investment and Corporate Recovery Departments of Edward Symmons. Responsibilities include resourcing and client servicing for all aspects of Agency and Investment and Corporate Recovery.I worked closely with internal departments including Machinery and Business Assets, Valuation, Professional Services, Leisure and Hospitality and Building Consultancy to provide enhanced value for clients. Focused working with Machinery and business Assets colleagues, LPA Receivers and alternative use development opportunities to seek revenue growth.

I was a member of the national industrial agency team in Manchester dealing with high profile instructions for both listed company’s and financial institutions. Prior to working in CB Richard Ellis in Manchester I worked in CBRE’s Liverpool office performing a dual role of office and industrial agency. Major clients included Bruntwood, Merseyside Pension Fund and UK Land and Property.

At GVA Grimley I worked within the Banking and Corporate Consultancy Division acting on behalf of a number of leading institutions, LPA Receivers Insolvency Practitioners to provide exit strategies on property subject to fixed charges.My role involved providing advice, disposal strategies and implementing marketing campaigns and securing disposals for properties subject to Administrative and Fixed Charge Receiverships.My role also entailed undertaking Capital Valuations for loan security purposes of building and numerous residential development opportunities providing significant development appraisal experience.
