My passion for Ophthalmology is centered on identifying and applying technological and process innovations and applying those to create life-changing treatments for patients suffering from degenerative eye conditions, such as age-related macular degeneration. Throughout my career I have delivered major developments within the industry while serving as a technology creator, physician and professor. One of my greatest honors is being recognized as a pioneer for the use of photobiomodulation (PBM) within the field of ophthalmology.Following the loss of my son to PTSD in 2012, I moved into cannabis and integrative medicine and now practice mainlyin that area. It has been an honor and deeply rewarding to be able to help the many patients dealing with PTSD in their lives. PTSD is the true "pandemic" that affects our world today.
