Additionally, my experience includes responsibility for process, procedures, personnel, and systems required to provide services as a Retail Electric Provider, Demand Response Provider, and Power Plant Management, accountable for all U.S. operations, and managing a team of 60 direct reports.As a Managing Director of Business Development and a member of the management team, my role is to develop and manage a pipeline of organic and inorganic growth initiatives, by leveraging my subject matter expertise in retail/wholesale power operations, renewable energy, and SCADA infrastructure. As EVP of Operations at MP2 Energy LLC, a Shell Energy North American Subsidiary, I was responsible for the process, procedures, personnel, and systems required to provide services as a Retail Electric Provider, Demand Response Provider, and Power Plant Management.
