I love telecommunications. I enjoy helping people. I enjoy being the confident voice at the other end of the phone that can acknowledge and reassure each customer that they will be getting the very best service that is both efficient and seamless leaving them with a WOW experience that won't leave the company I represent interchangeable with competition. I am currently a Collections Agent for AT&T in the Accounts Receivable Dept. I assist customers that need to pay their balance due, restore service, set-up disputes and payment claims, bill inquiry, account research, all through account verification that protects customers SPI and listening for a diagnosis of customers needs and quick research and/or routing for treatment or transferring to appropriate department. All while acknowledging, empathizing, and reassuring the customer and branding the company and pushing DSSO's with every call. Through each call I navigate multiple systems to retrieve the account, view notes and leave notes, notating systems for the reason of access, and stay up to date for any and all changes in operations or proceduresI also have experience in both cold and warm sales. Anywhere from AT&T Business 2 Business years ago to Branson Vacations for timeshares. Everything in between. I have done survey and campaign calls.
