Leader of a team of project managers, senior technology officers and test leads, responsible for the ($14MM+) project technology efforts for Bank of Montreal’s Online Banking for Business (OLBB) Portal. Responsible for the design and project management of a large, end-to-end Multinational insurance application, a top-3 strategic initiative for AIG. Through the natural progression of responsibility and impact, drove the migration of the program from a consultant focused design and development collaboration to an internal-only team. Key areas of impact: ● Stakeholder engagement and relationship building with C-level executives, Product Owners and Senior Profit Center Leaders and Consultants/Vendors, facilitating the relationship between all parties to align them and improve their collaboration, ensuring successful execution of program goals. ● Working with the key external design partner to facilitate workshops with the appropriate subject matter experts and guiding discussions in line with the program direction,eventually guiding the transition from them to an internal team of analysts and project manager. This included all aspects of knowledge transfer and responsibility transition while maintaining program tempo. ● Through the migration developed the role into a strategic adviser and mentor for all aspects of the program, taking over leadership of specific design components as needed. ● Defining and articulating realistic scope and timelines based on capability and capacity of the various stakeholders, participants and teams. ● Evaluating vendor responses to Requests for Proposal, reviewing resumes for potential consultants/employees, conducting interviews, discussing Statements of Work to ensure objectives will be met on acceptable terms.

Responsible for leading all operational projects and business-as-usual activities related to multinational insurance for the US & Canada Property divisions.Key Accomplishment:● Developed and implemented new multinational servicing processes, both for policy issuance and large limit facultative reinsurance execution, from initial proposal, through cost benefit analysis and ultimately execution.

Responsible for providing operational support for multiple divisions; this entailed all aspects of project management, operational deployment and business analysis across multiple platforms and operational methods. Responsible for relationship management with various underwriting managers, application teams and compliance staff.Key Accomplishment:● Led and participated in multiple process improvement projects in both Casualty and Property Lines of Business resulting in implementation of cost reductions and time savings in Underwriting and Policy Servicing.

An introductory role, responsible for rapidly getting up to speed on a broad range of applications and operational procedures. Some key accomplishments in my first role in a new industry:● Assumed Canadian leadership role for an international underwriting and policy issuance application, identifying and anticipating aspects of the program at risk or requiring enhanced/expanded management to meet Canadian business needs.● Led UAT for Canadian systems projects including planning, execution and reporting of testing for both business and internal audit (IAD) requirements.● As project manager of the Canadian Regulatory Reporting Project, owned resolution of numerous Regulatory Reporting issues, ultimately resulting in a significant reduction of errors in filings to the IBC & GAA; took additional steps by mentoring comptroller’s staff in requirements analysis and implementation of policy development.● Acquired end to end understanding of data flow in relation to varying business unit needs including relationships between underwriting, claims and varying reporting requirements to multiple regulatory bodies.

● Liaised professionally with Officers in Charge of cases, Crown and Defence counsel, Ministry of the Attorney General staff, Department of Justice staff, Justices of the Peace, Judges and the general public.

● Managed day to day business for large corporate accounts such as BCE family of accounts, CIBC, ScotiaBank and Royal Bank; including customer contact regarding inquiries, customer satisfaction and booking.● Analyzed new and existing products for applicability to named accounts and communicated relevant information about them to customer.

● Responsible for the roll-out of 3500+ PCs for Pratt & Whitney PC@HOME program, including creating the call process, on-line documentation, FAQs, Troubleshooting guides and specification sheets and marketing material● Managed the daily activity of the Anglophone segment of the sales territory of Quebec. ● Won the Gold Award at Dell Computer Corporation in my first year through my successful implementation and execution of the PC@HOME project for Pratt & Whitney. Went above and beyond by creating marketing material, developing customer support protocols and designing the program, all while successfully executing my day to day responsibilities.● Restored a strategic customer’s faith in Dell and recovered the multi-million dollar Michelin PC Connectivity program by bringing project back on track in less than 2 weeks upon taking ownership of it.
