I have worked in the footwear industry over the last 34 years having a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field. I have worked with a number of brands with various types of footwear including athletic shoes, casual footwear, formal shoes, comfort shoes and specialised footwear for specific foot problems. My primary responsibility is to over see the sales operations & strategies related to our footwear brands. Developing sales, achieving sales targets & maximising revenue. This entails increasing market share, driving revenue growth, conducting market research to identify customers needs, preferences & trends. I have always built and maintained a good relationships with all customers & identify new business opportunities.It’s very important for me to stay updated on market trends, competitor activities & emerging market opportunities. I have a strong work ethic and communication skills and a solid understanding of sales techniques, loyalty and a strong passion for the footwear industry.
