Robert J Drafke a self made real estate entrepreneur that started off my career as Kindergarten Teacher. While teaching 5 year olds how to begin to read and write, I started teaching myself in depth about real estate. While, my summers consisted of fixing and flipping homes, after a few successful flips I left teaching for my artistic passion in real estate. I earned my Bachelors degree from Northeastern Illinois University, and my real estate license from Inland Real Estate. My two areas of intense passion fall into wholesaling and flipping homes and the commercial side of multifamily homes. My current projects our acquiring more investment properties for myself and brokering my largest commercial multifamily sale at 52 plus units!
