I currently manage the Call Center Sales Team, Showroom Team, Customer Service Team, and Branding Team! We currently use Pipedrive, NAV, Shopify, Tableau, Live Chat and Magento. My days consist of Daily Huddles, Sales Coaching with entire Sales Team, One on One Monthly Meetings on goals. I make sure efficient processes are put in place by creating SOP's, work closely with Showroom Team to help generate leads and make sure we have a inviting Showroom for potential customers. I also work with Customer Service Team to ensure the utmost care when it comes to our customers and the Branding Team to make sure all the important projects are moving along smoothly.
