I have extensive experience and knowledge of California State government organization and functions including legislative, budgetary, and administrative practices and processes. I also have program expertise and direct experience working on California’s publicly financed health care delivery systems with a strong emphasis in Medicaid financing. My years of working on complex policy solutions in different roles has given me the ability to multi-task and adjust to fluctuating workloads and priorities either on my own or as part of a team. I think critically and analytically, communicate effectively and develop professional relationships within my organization and across various stakeholder groups, and have the ability and confidence to lead, motivate, inspire, develop, empower, and direct large multi-disciplinary teams.
