Develop and lead hands-on performance modules centered around the creation of the new work TO TELL A STORY ABOUT THE EARTH, written by Miranda Rose Hall, commissioned by Concord Theatricals, developed by LubDub Theatre Co.

As a core member of the company's distributed leadership structure, contribute to new-work development initiatives and provide composition/research support for company projects (including workshops, premieres, international tours/collaborations, and fundraising initiatives).

Commission and edit original stories by 77 youth climate activists, for publication and global performance series (at venues including the Royal Dramatic Theatre of Sweden, the Kennedy Center, COP27 and COP28, and the Hirshhorn Museum).

In partnership with the Artistic Director and theater leadership, evaluate prospective projects for A.R.T. and provide dramaturgical support on A.R.T. productions/commissions, including early R&D, workshops, rehearsals, production, editorial content (audience-facing and fundraising), and transfer/tour support.

Manage artistic programs at the theater including institutional writing, publications, creative and community conversations, and new work development events. Speak and write about the theater’s activities in industry, academic, and civic contexts.

Co-ordinated content and editing of the theater's publications; co-ordinated interdepartmental discussion series and other educational initiatives around mainstage productions.

Wrote eight articles in Japanese for a major regional daily paper with a circulation of 600,000. Apprenticed with reporters and editors. Participated as a cultural ambassador in Ishikawa Prefectural government-sponsored exchange events.

Revised and implemented marketing strategies for the company’s shows and community engagement events. Forged meaningful partnerships with community and on-campus organizations.
