Design, implement, manage and support server, PC, LAN, WAN, firewall and application services in multiple environments to meet the business needs of clients and internal infrastructure. Primary duties include: Remote/Onsite Support, Project Management, Network Design, Routing, Exchange Design, migration and implementation, Network Security, End-User Support, Citrix implementations and support. Services are provided for all hardware and software related issues. Interface with vendors to facilitate ordering and best pricing. Formulate policies, procedures and standards pertaining to clients IT infrastructure and disaster recovery planning and SOx compliance planning. Management of Engineers.

Primarily responsible for design, installation and support of server computers running Windows 2000/NT, HP-UX and Linux in a mixed mode network. Support responsibilities include end-user support via IT helpdesk, maintenance of server systems (hardware and software) and documentation of processes. Exchange 2000 Administration. Active Directory Maintenance. Citrix Metaframe XP Administration. Support Video conferencing equipment. Perform Backups and file recovery. Track all assets and software for licensing purposes.

Provide technical support and problem resolution to employees in a multi-operating system environment on a corporate LAN. Maintenance, upkeep and upgrading network components including servers, desktops, laptops, and handheld devices on the hardware and software level.
