I am an enthusiastic individual with superior skills in working in both team-based and independent capacities. I bring strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills to any setting. Excited to begin a new challenge with a successful team.I am often asked how I can do what I do, being a full-time business administrator and full-time youth minister at the same time. My answer has always been if you love what you do, it is not work, and you do not see the hours put in, just the results. You surround yourself with awesome and talented people, empower them to be their best, remove roadblocks in their way, and goals are achieved. This has been my philosophy for the past 42 years doing youth ministry, and 30 years as a business administrator. I have taken this philosophy everywhere I have worked. From the United States Air Force to Saint Paul Catholic Church and all stops in-between, the results followed. I have learned if you treat people with respect, allow them to use their gifts and talents, and support their needs, your results will come better than expected.Many people believe that this philosophy cannot work in management, but I disagree. If people feel they are part of the team and that their input matters, the results are endless. There are times when people have disagreed with how I approach a situation, but have trusted my decisions and have seen incredible results. To summarize, if you surround yourself with outstanding people, give them the tools that they need to do their job, support them with all you have, and get out of the way, the results will be outstanding.
