- Review construction documents such as plan sets, calculations, and surveyed data as to verify PWD standards are being met.- Utilize cost engineering to ensure projects going into construction are the most effective they can be while requiring the least amount of funds.- Document the progress of active construction sites and interact with construction to understand and overcome unforeseen issues.- Network with Consultants, Inspectors, and Engineers to reach deadlines and output the most beneficial systems into the Greater Area of Philadelphia.
