This means: Labor Quotation; Directing support personnel A/R; Providing DFM Reports (Design For Manufacturability) to Customers; Implementing ECOs; being the Point of Contact for Technical and Quality issues; Evaluating RMA’s; Chairing the Material Review Board; Vendor Surveys; Auditing/Certifying Suppliers; Initiating and/or Reviewing Supplier Corrective Action Requests; and Outsourcing.Authored a 32 page New Product Introduction Manual for PCBAs, and then Mentored other Engineers on: How to analyze Customer Documentation; How to recognize Manufacturability Issues and what to do about them; How to pick the correct Process Flow; How to determine Tooling and Fixtures needed; and How to perform a Post-Build NPI Process Review.
