Responsible for processing low level radioactive waste and separating alloys for metal melt facility. Cross-trained in furnace deck operations, testing and data entry for certification, monitoring of production control, fork truck, Bobcat, overhead crane, knuckle boom, bailer, and cutting and sizing. GERT, RCRA, Rad Worker, Respirator, and confined space entry trained.

Responsible for overseeing new accounts as part of a special team, and troubleshooting these accounts for difficulties that would delay customers’ installation of service. Assisted other agents in a supervisory role of taking escalated calls and helping with resolving difficult issues as needed. Evaluated and resolve connection issues with DSL. Resolved hardware and software configuration issue, to include rebuilding network stack, removing previously used conflicting software, and assisted in resolving networking errors.

Responsible for the detection and mapping of unexploded ordnance. Gathered data and processed it in relation to GPS mapping for the removal of inert as well as unexploded ordnance. Was trained and became proficient in the use of Ultrasonic Tracking and Locating Equipment, Magnetic Anomaly detection equipment and data processing. Managed and tracked hours worked for the team, downtime, and equipment failure issues to assist in further developing operating procedures. Assisted EOD(Explosive Ordnance Disposal) Teams in the relocating targeted objects. Responsible for a four-man team including travel and equipment.
