I managed the development of a large Silverlight enterprise project using the MVVM design pattern. 20 years of programming legacy was completely rewritten. I coordinated with a multinational team of developers and designers to insure it's localization and ease of use, and worked with PMs to keep the project on time and on budget. Mobile Device Communications Tracking System (C# / C++)Responsibilities:• Designing and implementing a real time mobile device tracking system with over 100 devices connected to a single laptop (InView). • Creating a solution for moving 30,000 plus programs from 1980’s handheld devices to modern wireless devices through emulation technology. • Creating a solution for maintaining the entire system with the network unavailable (USB system).A three year project delivered in two.

Global Inventory Processing Software (C++, Java)Responsibilities: • Leading a team of designers and developers through the rewrite of their primary data crunching on site program.• Task assignments, scheduling, coding, test causes and integration with legacy systems. • Creating automated regression testing system to automatically test changes made to the base software. • Reworking their backend systems to accept and process the new data formats. This software is still used to process 80% of their customers events.

Mobil Survey Software (C# - CE VS 2005)Responsibilities• Creating a user friendly touch screen interface to take dynamic site surveys. • Integration with current design tools for easy survey creation and distribution. • Insuring back end data processing through flexible formats of globally collected survey data. The program was a great success and made the company lots of money. It's biggest account was Merck Pharmaceuticals.

Custom Communications and Data Transfer System (C++ / Java)Responsibilities:• Designing and developing a system that monitors an unlimited amount of phones lines for modem data transfer communications and balancing. • Security responsibilities including creating a proprietary communications protocol for data transfer between remote devices and internal systems. VPN transfers with customized phone dialers.• Deployment across a FEP farm of servers and continued support, upgrades, and patch deployment. The software is still use by the company today. It processes 100% of all their customers data that's retrieved from thousands of events going on around the world daily.
