They changed the process to use pressure raised clamps on their forklifts. I saved the company $1.5 million dollars on over 100,000 damaged units.Lead Quality Engineer - I was in charge of auditing the units for our customers. A customer had a team of auditors that also audited our units and they found defects, dents and scratches which resulted in over $850,000 in fines. I was put in charge of the auditing in house and sent my reports to corporate. I improved and increased quality by putting higher paint standards; visual aids and boundary samples in place reducing rejects, which decreased fines of $850,000 to $45,000 by the end of the year.
