The O.S.T. District Coordinator Office over sees the (9) nine District's Offices and their Financial Reports and provides them with Accountibility, Accuracy and CompletenessBefore they can recieve Their monthly Allocation of $5,000.00 Dollars The Districts must provide the District Coordinator with a Correct Monthly Financial Report.The District Coordinator scrutinizes the Monthly Report's for errors and helps the Data Clerk correct these errors and balances the Report before this money is released We have also provided the (9) Nine Disrict's with a means of communication between the main office and the (9) District Offices.The District Coordinator Does this through the use of the Telephone, Fax Machine, E-mail and Memorandum.We also have Quarterly Staff Meetings.I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration,and a Associates of Applied Science in Computer Science. I also have three other Associates Degrees in General Studies, Accounting and Business Administration.Through hard work and Momentum I feel that the Nine District office can achieve the goal of becoming self supporting and not have to rely on the main tribal government to obtain grants and proposals and other ways of obtaining funds for their District. We currently just need to get these District Staff people the training in how to write grants and proposal writing.Specialties: M.I.P.
