Candidate will perform QA Inspections for NIEF incoming, in-process, and final delivery product, and report on all quality issues encountered. Responsible for the coordination and completion of tasks assigned. Troubleshoot quality problems within production line, coordinate and follow-up on failure analysis. Uses statistical methods for tracking, trending, and analysis of quality data from failures and non-conformances. Assist the MRB with Rejection Non-Conformances and failures going back to vendors. Work with vendors to resolve issues with RMA items to return in a timely matter. Uses engineering drawings when performing Quality Inspections on C4I materials and equipment delivered by NIEF. Create work order build sheets from drawing packages and indentured part trees. Create travelers, execute buy work orders, develop/modify paperwork required for builds on projects such as CANES, SUBCANES, CENTRIXS, SCI, CUE, ISNS, ADNS, EPS, JTT AND ORT. Negotiate with Project Managers (PMs)and other production planners to schedule production task execution, monitor material availability prior to execution then manager the actual production effort from work order creations materials delivery / shortages, assembly / integration, QA, test, and transfer to shipping / warehouse. Coordinate between PMs, Productions Planners, and warehouse personnel for delivery of inventory to accommodate task requirements using CMPRO. Work with all functional areas such as Engineering, Procurement, Project Management and Logistics. Provide daily / weekly updates to management and Government Representatives on project status, offering viable resolutions to any issues. Work with Engineering to reach conclusions on drawing corrections and attend configuration Control Board meetings to approve requested changes to drawings.

Responsible for the timely update of procurement information and financial accountability.
