Respond to emergencies, acquire additional support where required for operating under NYC guidelines for Safety Protocols and upkeep of grounds and 4 cottages and 1 main building housing homeless clients. Enhance contractor/architect deficiencies in newly constructed buildings. Improve quality-of life for tenants. Teach, train, and open communication with tenants and staff. Develop construction standards for ease of service requirements for future repairs, with open discussions with contractor/vendors. Adhere to strict guidelines for corporate compliance and quality controls. Adapt to ever changing needs of tenants, builidngs requirements, and supervision to subordiante staff members, with attention to life safety issues.
