I participated in all aspects of design of analog-mixed signal products including specification review, block architecture development, transistor level design and verification, layout supervision, top-level verification and bench level evaluation.Examples of designs I have completed include:Planned and designed linear regulator that consisted of an on chip amplifier driving an external nmos transistor, which supplied 875mA. Three different external nmos transistors were supported. The circuit used mos and bipolar transistors.Designed a resistive feedback, fully differential amp for driving a mems transducer, which used two supplies. The output stage supply was from a high voltage charge pump. A lower voltage supply was used to supply the input stage to minimize current draw from the charge pump. The amplifier used a mix of high and low voltage mos transistors and bipolar transistors.Designed switch capacitor programmable gain amplifier. The amplifier has a differential-pair input with a class AB rail-to-rail output (within 150mV of either rail).Developed and designed other analog circuits including bandgap references, por, supply voltage level monitoring, current generators, references and repeaters.
