• Managing and hands on involvement with the day-to-day activities of our inventory Planning & Replenishment with a staff of several employees.
• Prepare and complete annual department budgets and monthly status reports, ad hoc financial analysis and forecasts, and various financial and inventory performance reports for buyers, department heads and executive.
• Assist the GMM and Executives in the monitoring, analysis, and review of financial data with the focus on improving Company inventory performance and identifying potential opportunities
• Play a key role in implementation of new company-wide software systems currently in process, including workflow analysis, data conversion verification, reporting and testing
• Develop, document, and optimize old and new processes and procedures

• Support planning of manufacturing, distribution, purchasing through providing accurate and timely responses to requests from internal customers
• Report on inventory, sales, production, purchasing and other areas as needed
• Development, transition, and implementation support of newly adopted ERP system through data transfer and testing, process development and testing, and reporting
• Development support of company-wide business intelligence system using data verification and testing, metric design, and troubleshooting incompatibility issues between the new ERP and legacy systems
