I have improved this disciplined approach within my voluntary role with the Tall Ships Youth Trust. My participation in yacht clubs and my experience as a watch leader and mate with the Tall Ships Youth Trust demonstrate my leadership capabilities and adaptability, especially in high-stakes situations like the Rolex Fastnet Race.
