I am a determined, results-driven leader with a background in cybersecurity and information technology. I have over twelve years of experience in the aforementioned fields. Prior to serving on active duty in the US Army, I began my career as an IT professional and earned my Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Informatics. I have recently left the US Army where I was specifically focused on improving our posture within the Defensive Cyber Operations space.Along the way in my career, I developed a passion for web3 and blockchain technologies. Recently, I decided to leave the US Military to pursue these passions and work in the cryptocurrency space. Currently, I am serving as the CTO of Blockspace in London, UK. Our mission at Blockspace is to reshape the digital tech sector with a diverse portfolio that includes media, events, research, app development, and project incubation. I'm excited to continue building out the web3 space and lay the foundation for many great things to come at Blockspace!On the development side, I am active in the domain of cryptocurrency development. Specifically, I am focused on developing web3 projects and smart contracts on Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) based networks including Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, and more. I think it is extremely valuable that the world continues to work towards building and securing Decentralized Finance (DeFi) technology as web3 technologies continue to grow. Additionally, I have a solid foundational knowledge of Python, C, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS... but I know that's not as interesting.I love building the team through motivating and improving the lives of my team members. Ultimately, I excel in creating a positive workplace environment while leading exceptionally effective organizations. Outside of my role as CTO, I’m currently finishing my Master’s of Science in Cybersecurity at NYU Tandon School of Engineering on the NSA’s National Centers of Excellence in Cybersecurity (NCAE-C) Cyber Operations pathway.
